Now Recruiting
We're an all-volunteer crew keeping the Solent crossing running every day in Roblox. No experience needed — just show up, learn the ropes, and work your way up the ranks.
Every crew member starts as a Passenger — these are the roles you can train into first.
Help with boarding, mooring lines and keeping passengers safe on deck. The first step for every new recruit.
Greet passengers at the terminal desk, sell tickets in-character and keep the sailing schedule on time.
Plan and host convoy nights, seasonal sailings and community socials across the group.
Trusted crew who host scheduled sailings solo. Usually reached after a few months of active Deckhand duty.
Hop into our Discord server — that's where the whole crew organises sailings.
Book a free Deckhand Training sailing with a senior officer to learn the basics.
Introduce yourself in Discord and let us know which role interests you most.
Start picking up shifts on the sailing schedule and start climbing the ranks.
